Your order is prepared and dispatched by our teams from Monday to Friday. We deliver worldwide.
An order placed on a Friday will be prepared and dispatched on the next working day, i.e. Monday (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note or contact you to schedule a new delivery.
If the package is displayed as "delivered" on the carrier's website, but you have not received it, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm).
Edward Achour serves the following delivery zones:
- European Union: Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom.

Delivery is free of charge for all orders.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to any taxes or customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. To find out which customs duties or taxes apply, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the relevant authorities in their country. In the event of a dispute with a customer, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Shipments are made by DHL. The delivery time, from the date of dispatch, is 1 to 2 working days for France and 3 to 5 working days for Europe for all orders placed before 12pm.
